1. Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

No. We have exclusively non-smoking rooms. We kindly ask you to take note of this, because otherwise we will have to charge you a cleaning fee of €200.

2. Can I bring my dog with me?

Dogs are always welcome. As the room needs to be specially cleaned on departure, a cleaning fee of €14 applies.

3. When can we check-in and when can we check-out at the latest?

Check-in possible from 3 pm, by arrangement also earlier.
Check-out: At the latest at 11:00 am.

We are there for you personally: Monday to Sunday, from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. For further information please call +49 (0) 6625/92250.

4. Breakfast hours

Our breakfast buffet is open from Monday to Sunday from 7 am to 9:30 am, alternatively from 6:30 as a takeaway breakfast.

5. Parking

You can park directly at out hotel free of charge.

6. WiFi

We offer our guests free WiFi. You can log in conveniently via Facebook or by password. The speed may vary depending on the load.

7. Restaurant

Our restaurant is open for you from Monday to Sunday from 6 pm to 9 pm.

8. Extra kids bed

We are happy to provide you with an extra child’s bed, if you need one. Children up to the age of 5 stay for free.
